The use of fresh, locally-sourced ingredients is evident in every bite, making the food not only delicious but also incredibly vibrant and full of flavor.

A true standout of Restaurante Tomad Y Comed is its focus on seasonal dishes. Depending on the time of year, you’ll find specials that highlight the freshest produce, meats, and seafood. For example, during the spring, you might be able to enjoy tender asparagus paired with delicate fish, while in the winter months, comforting stews and slow-cooked meats take center stage. This ever-changing menu ensures that every visit offers a new and exciting culinary experience.

One of the things that truly sets this restaurant apart is the genuine passion and expertise of the team behind it. The chefs are highly skilled, and their knowledge of Spanish cuisine is deep. They don’t just follow recipes-they’re always experimenting with new flavors and combinations to keep things fresh and exciting. On a recent visit, I tried their signature paella, and it was absolutely divine. The rice was perfectly cooked, each grain infused with rich seafood and saffron, while the delicate balance of flavors made it one of the best I’ve had in Valencia. If you’re in the mood for a hearty meal, the grilled meats, including tender lamb and juicy steaks, are sure to hit the spot. And don’t even get me started on the dessert-creamy flan or the rich chocolate mousse are both exceptional choices that will leave your taste buds dancing.

They make you feel right at home from the moment you walk through the door. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a regular, you'll be treated like family.

What’s even more appealing about this restaurant is its location in Valencia. El Pla del Real is an area that offers both a local and international feel, making it the ideal place to spend an afternoon or evening. The surrounding neighborhood is filled with parks, museums, and attractions, allowing you to enjoy a leisurely stroll after your meal. Great place, beautiful and tasteful menu, great service. Food is versatile, so you can enjoy different taste through the lunch course, they change a menu every week, and its not expensive. Loved the experience, definitely will come back.

Fitted 6 of us last minute as Valencia restaurant let us down. The staff and chef was super friendly and accommodating as some of us are vegetarians cooking us a delicious paella. The desserts are to die for specially the chocolate parfait. Thank you .

Our family of four had a lunch in this restaurant on 29.12.2021. We went for menu del dia, as it seemed reasonably priced - 16 euros without drinks. The waiter was exceptionally helpful. We enjoyed chef’s compliments before three course meal was served. The taste of all dishes was absolutely balanced. The size of the servings was also well-suited for our expectations. Also, reasonable-priced house wines - 2.5 for the glass the cheapest (but still good). Absolutely not a tourist-trap. I would summarize this place as one of the best in Valencia to have a lunch.

We enjoyed an amazing price fixe lunch mid-week in May. We did not have a reservation, but they were able to find room for us and we were delighted with the quality, presentation, and flavours of each course. The servers and the chef were very solicitous and clearly take pride in their craft. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience, we arrived as soon as it opened for lunch and could not have been happier with the experience Pablo and chef provided. The arroz was cooked beautifully just as we like it. The service was impressive and it got very busy quick after we arrived. We were lucky to have eaten here and highly recommend.

The waiters were very quick and extremely friendly, the food was good, but a bit expensive for a lunch menu

Amazing place! The set offered on Saturdays was superb, 3 tapas, the main and a desert. Every dish was out of this world. Great service and a very pleasant atmosphere!
